The condo is 850 sq. ft. and can fit up to 4 people comfortably. It has a micro-fiber sectional couch and an additional twin-sized bed or queen-sized air mattress can be provided as needed. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with an oven, glass-top electric stove and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom contains a full-sized tub and double sinks.

Available from 1/27- 2/3. Rental terms are as follows: $8,000 flat fee for the entire week (1/27-2/3) or $1,250/day with a 4-day minimum. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upfront. The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days before arrival. Renter must sign a short term rental agreement and pay a $1,000 refundable security deposit which will be returned upon home inspection.
