Ceramic tile throughout, newly painted interior, new blinds on all windows, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Extended cable through Cox communications and high-speed internet available.
Master bedroom has 42″ TV and connected full bath. Both Master and guest room have queen size beds. There is a 3rd bedroom that is used as a study but can accommodate an air mattress if needed.
The price is $1600/night, minimum 5-day rental. Price negotiable for a longer term rental period. 50% paid upon reservation, 50% paid upon arrival plus a $1000 refundable security deposit.
