First Floor – 3 bedroom – 1 bath – Apartment for rent Super Bowl weekend Friday 1/31 – Monday 2/3/14. Can accomodate up to 6 people comfortably. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and one will have 2 twin beds.

NO CAR IS NECESSARY - 10 minutes from Newark Airport by Taxi or take the Monorail to catch the train to Newark Train Station and walk 4 blocks to the apartment!

Everything during Suber Bowl weekend can be reached by taking the train into NYC and to Met Life Stadium and the train staion is only 4 short blocks away!

You will be located in the heart of the Ironbound Section of Newark. It has a wide variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. HAVE FUN - because there is no need to worry about drinking and driving or struggling to find parking in NYC or at the stadium.

If you want to come early, that can be arranged for the additionall daily costs. You can go to Media Day on Jan 28th at The Prudential Center in Newark which is within walking distance as well.

Starting Jan 29^th – Feb 1^st you can easily get to Super Bowl Boulevard in NYC where all the action will be taking place! Take the train right into Penn Station NY and Super Bowl Boulevard starts at 34^th and Broadway!

If you get bored with the Super Bowl Festivities you can take in a Basketball or Hockey game because the Knicks, Rangers and Islanders all have games scheduled!

You will have to agree to a credit check, signing a lease for the weekend, as well as to supplying a refundable security deposit of $2,500 which will be returned once the apartment is inspected and no damage or major clean up is required.
