It’s a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath with Large Family Room & Kitchen with High Ceilings, Dining Room, Fireplace, Surround Sound TV/DVD System, Wall-Mount Flat Screen TV, Wireless Internet, Dish-washer, Studio apt in Finished Basement with Kitchenette, Washer/Dryer, Hardwood Floors, Gated Back Yard. (2400 square feet.) One of the bedrooms is a Studio apartment in the finished basement with a Kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a large refrigerator, dual burner, coffee maker, toaster, sink, and kitchen tables.
This is the perfect place to enjoy your Super Bowl week! There are 5 beds, and extra air mattresses upon request. There is 1 queen size bed, 3 full size beds (one is the bottom of a bunk bed, a air mattress and one comfy futon). The top of the bunk bed is a twin bed.
The house is great for two families with kids. Up to 8 people can sleep comfortably.
The house is less than 20 minutes to the Superbowl and only a 20-30 minute drive to NYC! It’s a SUPER-EASY, and quick 2 min walk to NJTransit public transportation, where you can catch a bus to NYC. Takes about 40 minutes to Port Authority without traffic. Or you can easily drive to NYC… and get there as quickly as 20 min.
The kitchen is gorgeous, with high ceilings and skylights. All the appliances and amenities you need to make nice meals to enjoy in the dining room or take on the go.
The family room has black leather couches that electronically recline. Enjoy lying back and watch TV or a movie on the large 44 inch flat screen TV.
The backyard is beautiful, with lush grass, (or snow – depending on the weather) some trees, with a deck and outside table and chairs. No kidding, it’s all enclosed by white-picket-fence – HA!!! Pretty plants and flowers are all around us….
We have a nice 2-car driveway and plenty of street parking. Also, the neighborhood is great for kids to play, ride bikes, go to the park, pond etc.
Inside the house we have some nice potted plants, and a couple of pretty fish tanks – for your viewing pleasure.
SHOPPING/DINING
People come from all-around to go shopping near us…and we are just a few blocks away! Garden State Plaza Mall is right here, so you have great shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. Our grocery store is 2 minutes away, with bagel shops, ice cream shops, etc… right there!
NEIGHBORHOOD
Our neighbors are FANTASTIC. Quiet. Friendly. We are also near a huge park, with a lake, bike & jogging path, close by swimming pool, tennis courts, and several jungle-gyms for kids.
You can even rent our car, if you need it. Completely protected through Relay Rides website.
