Large 120+ year old Victorian $6999 Per 1 Night
We are located in the “Estate section” of Montclair. We are 12 miles from Met Life Stadium. The home is a 100+ year old Victorian. Montclair is considered one of the most prestigious towns in New Jersey and is only 18 miles from NYC. With a huge amount of restaurants, 2 ice rinks, and a direct link into Penn Station in Manhattan we feel we have everything a renter could want.
We have internet throughout the home, flat screen TVs, Gas fireplace in L/R and Kitchen, Wood burning in D/R. Steam shower in Master Bath and jacuzzi in the spa
We require a 5 day minimum.
50% deposit is due with the reservation. The final payment is due 2 weeks before check-in date. Renter must sign a rental agreement. Refundable security deposit of $5,000 is required along with the final payment. This is an updated and immaculate home so we are only interested in renting to responsible indivduals.
