This 3 bedroom townhouse, with 3 full bathrooms, is a one minute walk to the beach, 15 minute drive to Schlitterbahn Water Park or Pleasure Pier, Amusement Park and 45 Minutes from Super Bowl 51. Walk 2 minutes to dinner ‘out’ at Nate’s Seafood and Steak House Restaurant. OR can relax and view the Gulf on any of 3 decks, the highest equipped with original seats from the Astrodome. walk across the street to rent golf carts for the beach and kayaks to tour Galveston State Park Wetlands. Area also includes several Golf Courses. ‘Toe In The Sand’ has a fully stocked kitchen, high speed Internet, satellite TV. Ground level includes a covered seating area and a lockable storage area with a Traeger Smoker/Grill, many beach chairs, and sand toys. Accompanying the 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor are 2 full bathrooms. Here the Bunk room includes 2-full over full bunk beds, a king bed in Bedroom 2, and another full over full bunk bed in Bedroom 3 (These lower bunks easily sleep an average size couple). Bedroom 3 also includes a trundle and portable crib. The 2nd floor houses a full bathroom, kitchen, living area, 42″ HD TV and deck access.

A car will be needed as no public transportation is available.

Will not be on premises unless requested.

Home is available as follows: - Entire month of January through Feb 7th for $20,000 - Jan 23 - Feb 7th for $15,000 - Feb 2-7th for $10,000 -$5,000 refundable security deposit. If no damage is detected, this amount will be automatically refunded 7 days after your stay. - Smoking of anything PERMITTED only AT GROUND LEVEL. - Smoking of anything is prohibited inside the House or on the Decks! Violating this requirement will forfeit 50% of security deposit. - Primary Renter must be at least 25 years of age. - No pets allowed. - THIS IS NON-SMOKING FACILITY
