Includes private 1100 sqft Deck on the roof. Perfect Location for all Super Bowl related activities. To sum this up, the unit is in a quiet location for rest, but an elevator ride from the party on Main Street, a 10 minute walk to Radio Row/Super Bowl Experience, and you can take the light rail to the game.

Home is available as follows: – Entire month of January through Feb 7th for $50,000; Jan 23 – Feb 7th for $40,000; Feb 2-7th for $25,000, all plus $10,000 refundable security deposit. If no damage is detected, this amount will be automatically refunded 7 days after your stay. Smoking of anything only allowed on Roof Top Deck. Smoking of anything is prohibited inside the unit! Violating this requirement will forfeit 50% of security deposit. Primary Renter must be at least 25 years of age. No pets allowed. THIS IS NON-SMOKING FACILITY

You are a 10 minute walk from Super Bowl Central (Convention Center/Discovery Green- Radio Row, Super Bowl Experience, Hilton Americas Hotel, Super Bowl Concerts, Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park). You are a 5 minute walk from the Theatre district. Can configure sleeping arrangements (Beds) in manner of your choice to accommodate up to 8 people.
