Beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that is 1/2 block from Central Park, 1 block from the Plaza Hotel and 2 blocks from the Time Warner Center. Perfect mid town location in luxury building. There is a king bed in one room with its own bathroom. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom that is directly across from hallway bathroom with shower. Apartment has a small but high end kitchen. There is a dining area with a table that seats 8. The living area includes a sofa that seats 3 to 4 comfortably. This area is also large enough for 2 aero mattresses which are included. Apartment also has wifi and cable tv. The apartment sleeps 6 to 7 adults comfortably. As someone that has been to the past 2 superbowls, this apartment makes for an amazing home base for a group that is used to a Ritz Carlton type environment. I will stock the apartment with water, food, beer, wine in advance for an additional fee. Payment is required in advance via paypal. I will send pictures only to serious inquiries that include verifiable information. The apartment is in a high end building with tight security – each person using the apartment will need to provide full name and ID. This is a luxury building and is not meant for a group that expects a frat party type environment. Asking $2500 per night for a minimum of 4 nights. Will discount to $9000 for the 4 nights. $8000 for 3 nights will be considered.
