House gets beautiful sunrises and morning sunshine  over the Hudson River and Upper Manhattan.  Big windows in the living room, open to kitchen, to see it all from.  Come back at night and have the city lights up close as well.   House has large decks and NEW Hot tub and a one car garage and one car outdoor space too.

Will stock fridge with beer, wine, etc and will stock snacks.
