Large 3 Bedroom Apartment $3500 Per 1 Night

Our apartment has many wonderful features, but perhaps the best is the AMAZING LOCATION. We are in the heart of Manhattan within walking distance from Central Park, Mid-Town, and Super Bowl Alley. We are two short blocks from the 1 & 9 subway station that will take you directly to Penn Station and the game.

Our home is a large 3 bedroom apartment that is light, airy and spacious. The largest bedroom is the master with amazingly comfortable king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is our 6 year old daughter’s room that is lovely in every way. Her room has a Pottery Barn full size day bed with trundle which will sleep two adults or kids. There is a bathroom across the hall. Our third bedroom is our 4 year old son’s room and has a day bed as well that sleeps two or a crib can be arranged if desiered. The third bathroom in the hall. We have a new marble kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room with flat-screen tv, and a lovely balcony where my husband and I have dinner every night that it’s warm enough. There is also a washer-dryer and through-wall AC and heat, both of which are rare in Manhattan.

Terms:

Three nights minimum stay for $6,000 (Friday, January 31st – Monday, February 3rd)
Refundable Security deposit $1000
Additional nights are available prior to the weekend for a less cost of $500 per night

Payment Terms:

$3,000 due up front, $2,000 due 12 days prior, $1,000 due on arrival, $1000 security deposit due on arrival
All transactions are non-refundable
1st $3,000 payment can be made via certified bank check or cash
2nd and 3rd payment must be made via certified bank check or cash
Security deposit payment can be made via certified bank check or cash
