Houston capitalism at its best = 55/rsf gets you this, but they really did nail the community aspect of things IMHO. You just can’t afford to run a business there. Unless you are wildly popular or willing to take a loss. Like VS at the Galleria – it’s about the prestige, not actually being a business. Which is better than a Super Bowl ad I suppose.
